Allan C. Crane was born in San Antonio, Texas on March 28, 1969. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in Atlanta in 1991. Thereafter, he attended the University of North Carolina School of Law and graduated in 1995. While in law school, he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure.  He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1995 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana.
