Genevieve K. Jacques was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on March 26, 1971.  Genevieve earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in 1994, and received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 2001.  Genevieve was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. 

She is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association.
