Roch P. Poelman is an of counsel staff attorney.  He was born in the New Orleans, Louisiana on April 30, 1956.  Mr. Poelman graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans, with honors, in 1977, and from Loyola University Law School in 1980.  He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1980, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District and Bankruptcy courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, the Southern district of Texas, the United States Firth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

He is currently a member of the Louisiana Bar association and the New Orleans Bar Association.
